Introductory Post

I thought I would start this blog since I've been looking around at very many websites and searching for advice, software etc. related to learning and improving guitar techniques. There's a general problem of digging through the information on the web, and finding useful stuff is indeed difficult. So I thought - if I do this work and find useful things, why not share them here?

Well here it is then - Guitarist Notes.

A quick note about myself:

I've been playing almost ever since I remember myself, being quite successful at both playing and singing, combining both into less and then more successful performances, but never got to learn the theory behind the music I'm doing. Which was annoying - every time I felt like I'm hitting the wall. Also seeing professional musicians that know what they're doing but are not creative at all or are limited by their knowledge or are just plain boring made me think of what I could do if I only knew what I was doing. So now at a stage when I'm taking another try at learning.

I hope it will be a success for me, in the first place - sorry for my selfishness. But I'd be very happy if some of my notes would help someone out there.

Good luck :)
